The former chief minister of Sindh, Arbab Ghulam Rahim took the media by surprise on Thursday, when he announced that the chairman of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) would join Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) soon.
Addressing the media, the former chief minister of Sindh, Arbab Ghulam Rahim cleverly remarked about the possible scenario, reminding the media about the prediction of Pir Pagara (Chief of Pakistan Muslim League Functional – PMLF) that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari would leave his inherited political party for N- league.
Arbab Ghulam Rahim also stressed that the stance of Pakistan Muslim League Functional (PMLF) and Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) would remain the same for the benefit of Sindh.
Pakistan People’s Party’s officials told the media that earlier, the alleged rift between the former president of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, and his son Bilawal Bhutto Zardari began to surface after Bilawal decided not to address the workers of PPP on Foundation Day because of his differences with the central leaders of the PPP, regarding the stance of the party vis-à-vis the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
