Australia’s dominance shattered India’s dream to win the World Test Championship, as their batting attack didn’t perform well and star players were left in the darkness.
On the other hand, Australian batsman showed their class from the start of the first innings especially Travis Head who helped his side to get a great score.
Indian bowlers in the second innings managed to hold Australia but wasn’t enough to get a better lead to demolish the Indian side.
Australia Defeats India To Claim World Test Championship
India won the toss and decided to bowl first. No doubt their bowlers were outstanding and sent Usman Khwaja to the pavilion. Warner charged up to give a decent start, but couldn’t hold the rhythm and left the pitch.

But Australian bowlers once again changed the dynamic and this Boland is the main protagonist. In the second innings, Boland and Nathan Lyon sent Indian batters to the pavilion.
With the final result, Nathan Lyon also ended the campaign as the world’s highest wicket-taker.
Australia received hefty prize money for the World Test Championship.

With this performance, the Australian side warned England for the upcoming Ashes series and Boland is one of the threats to the English batsmen.
