Pakistan’s heartthrob and singing idol Atif Aslam makes an appearance on a TV show and expressed his desire to recite Azaan at the holiest place on earth, the Kaaba Sharif, one day. He said he would do anything for that one person who would help him fulfill the wish.
While appearing on a TV show with anchor Hamid Mir, Aslam rejected rumors that he was quitting the music industry for religious reasons. However, he said, “I am not quitting music.”
“The topic of leaving the music industry is one that’s quite personal. But I want to keep myself attached to my religion while still being part of the world. I won’t say I will be giving up on music entirely, but I want to highlight important aspects of religion [through music] like the 99 names of Allah and Tajdar-e-Haram,” he said.
“It’s my biggest wish to recite Azaan in the Holy Kaaba. I will do anything and work for that person my entire life who will fulfill this precious wish of mine,” Aslam added.

Shortly after Aslamposted his Azaan rendition on Instagram, many took to the social media platform to pen their emotions. “Atif Aslam gives Azaan with his beautiful voice, makes me cry. It’s really heart-touching,” one Twitter user wrote.
His recitation of 99 names of Allah during Ramadan, and Hamd ‘Wohi Khuda Hai’ also received a lot of praise. No doubt he is blessed with such a beautiful voice and is unmatchable. You can have an idea about his versatility that he can even sing in female vocals and still nails it.
