Today, Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, a leader from the PPP, officially became a Member of the National Assembly (MNA) after taking her oath in the presence of Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq. She secured her position without facing any opposition from NA-207 Shaheed Benazirabad.

Following the ceremony, the assembly paid respects to those who lost their lives in various incidents, including terrorism and recent rains, as well as the Palestinians who were martyred. President Asif Ali Zardari also extended his congratulations to Aseefa Bhutto Zardari on her new role as an MNA.
