Arshad Sharif Kenyan Court Announces Verdict. Announces a Compensation of Rs, 21.7 Million

Kenyan court have announced their verdict in Arshad Sharif’s case. The verdict announced by the court called Arsha Sharif’s murder unlawful, and unconstitutional. Moreover, the court penalized the police officials. Meanwhile, the court has also ordered a compensation of Rs, 21.7 million to Arshad Sharif’s family.

Kenya’s Kajiado High Court judge Justice Stella Mutuku stated the clumsiness of the officials involved. Furthermore, she called Arshad Shrarif’s murder unconstitutional and unlawful. Moreover, sighting the use of lethal weaponry.
