Following Arshad’s historic win Sindh government has announced a prize for Arshad Nadeem. In a statement published on X Mayor Karachi, and a representative of the ruling party in Sindh, Murtaza Wahab announced the news.
Moreover, Murtaza Wahab announced a hefty prize by the Sindh Government of Rs. 50 million. Meanwhile, in the statement issued on X, Murtaza stated, “Congratulations Arshad. Fortunate to have witnessed this historic moment with the public. Gold medal for Pakistan in Olympics after 40 years. PPP’s Sindh Govt will give Rs 5 Crore to Arshad,”
Furthermore, he announced the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) will develop an athletic academy, “Arshad Nadeem Athletics Academy,” in Sindh’s provincial capital, Karachi.
