The recovery of Aishmal is a very positive news for people across Pakistan. It illustrates the power of social media. However, it also indicates that how vulnerable children have become in our society.

Over the last few months, there has been a rampant increase in kidnapping across Pakistan. Marwah was kidnapped in September 2020. She had been missing since then, until her body was discovered near her house in Essa Nagri, Karachi. Another young girl in Lahore’s model town did escape a kidnapping attempt when she was saved by her seven-year-old brother.

Although law enforcement agencies do have an important role to play. However, it is the duty of the parents to be very cautious. They have to make sure that their children are safe and secure. Parents should regularly monitor the activities of their children. This will help to make sure their children are safe at all times.
