Recently following a calf muscle strain injury Arshad abstained from an event in Finland. Salman Butt is coaching Arshad. Meanwhile, an English doctor Dr Ali Sher Bajwa is hired for Arshad.

Dr. Ali Sher Bajwa recently traveled to Pakistan aiding Arshad. Furthermore, he will also assist Arshad during his campaign. Moreover, Arshad underwent laser knee surgery in England, recently.
Meanwhile, Arshad has a history of injuries, hot weather adds more to it. However, his coach, Salman Butt is optimistic about his Olympic campaign.
