A Young, Determined Man In Karachi Lost His Life Because Of Fake Gym Instructors!

The concept of joining gyms in Pakistan is on a roll. People from all over Pakistan are motivated to maintain fitness and strive to gain muscle and look good. With Pakistani boxers and MMA stars bringing laurels back home, a number of Pakistani men are motivated to do the same. However, when it comes to small-scale local gyms, there are trainers and coaches who have zero knowledge or expertise and give advice to people regarding whatever they think is right.

Something similar happened with a young man, Muhammad Ahmed, who lost his life because his trainers advised him to take supplements that were not only fake but were also not appropriate for his body type. He died due to liver and kidney failure.

If you are going to a gym, please keep in mind that what you eat is almost 60% of the result you get. Exercise is very important, but your intake matters the most. When it comes to taking supplements, they are regarded as “shortcuts” that have their effect for the time being. For long-lasting results, you need to stop taking these additional gains and start focusing on how to you can get a body that will not only be healthy but also long-lasting.

It saddens us how this young ACCA student lost his life due to coaches who had zero knowledge. May his soul rest in peace, Ameen.
