Congratulations are in order for actor Aamina Sheikh who welcomed a baby boy along with husband Omar Farooqui.
The Cake star welcomed her second child with her husband Omar Farooqui on Sept 3. Sheikh took to Instagram to share the happy news with her fans and followers.
Sheikh is now a mother of two wonderful children. Sharing a picture tile showing her family of four on her Instagram account, the actor introduced her son with another picture tile reading, “Alhamdulillah [Praise be to God]”.
“Born on 3rd September 2021 to Aamina and Omar Farooqui,” read another post, with a follow-up message saying, “With prayers and joy, we welcome to the family our baby boy.”
The couple named their baby boy Issa. Little Issa will be the younger sibling to Meissa, Sheikh’s daughter from her first marriage to actor Mohib Mirza.
Sheikh married Farooqui back in August 2020. The Heer Maan Ja actor, 38, posted pictures of herself and her husband on Instagram to confirm her remarriage. Her announcement began with a cryptic ‘Bismillah’ post, followed by pictures of rings.

With a cryptic post giving such a huge hint, the fans were convinced that the former model has finally begun the new chapter of her life with a special someone. The Ishq Gumshuda actor then confirmed her remarriage as she shared some pictures with her husband and her 5-year-old daughter Meissa, whom she shares with her ex-husband.
Since the lucky man does not come from the entertainment fraternity, we do not know much about him. However, what we do know is that the couple looks absolutely stunning and happy together.
Sheikh began her career as a model, during which she garnered international recognition as a spokesperson for the French beauty brand L’Oreal. She has also received a nomination at the Lux Style Award For Best Model. After establishing herself as one of the top female models of Pakistan she made her acting debut with a leading role in the 2008 telefilm Baarish Mein Deewar.
The actor parted ways with her ex-husband Mohib Mirza in October last year. One of Pakistan’s highly sought-after couples ended their 14-year-long marriage. In addition, the two had gotten hitched earlier back in 2005, and have a daughter together.
