Pakistani couple Aiman Khan and Muneeb Butt in a recent interview revealed the reason for not inviting actress Hina Altaf in their wedding. It became a huge issue on media when Hina expressed her displeasure for not getting an invitation for their extravagant wedding.
While talking in the Eid special show on BOL Entertainment, Aiman said that she had a huge guest list for the wedding so she forgot to invite Hina. “From my end, I had a big guest list so some of my friends couldn’t get the invitation,” she said.
However, Muneeb said that he actually invited Hina from his side and also added her in a Whatsapp group made for their dance rehearsals. “Hina is a very good friend of mine. I remember I added her for the dance rehearsals but she immediately left the group”.
Muneeb also tried to defend himself by saying that his phone broke down a day before his reception so he couldn’t call many people to invite for his big day.
Well, we can’t digest this excuse much but ok if he says so!
There has been a cold-war between the actors for a long period of time. Hina poked fun at Muneeb and their wedding on a chat show. She appeared on Tabish Hashmi’s show and when asked to name an actor who can’t act but has a lot of attitute, she called out Muneeb Butt.
Hashmi also made fun of their ‘expensive wedding’.
Aiman later took a dig at the show and Hina and said, “I don’t understand why they try to bring others down! Such [a] shameful act. Shame on these people for making fun of their colleagues. Such [an] uneducated host and guest I must say,” she posted on her Instagram story, hashtagging it “mehnat kar hassand na ker [work hard, don’t make fun of people]”.
Hina has recently got married to actor Agha Ali after dating for a few months.
