Are you under the misconception that men over 50 do not have a chance in bodybuilding? Well, you are WRONG! In fact, even people over 60 can build muscles. There might be a few things that change as you turn old, however, nothing is different in the muscle-building world.
After all, age is just a number! Even in the weight training world. And this has been proven by the 60-year-old Pakistani bodybuilder Yahya Butt. According to him, bodybuilding has been his ‘die-hard’ passion which he carried along during his life to date.
Butt has been in the field of bodybuilding for almost three decades. Not only that but he has also won five times Mr. Pakistan Olympia which is the highest title in Pakistan. Besides that, Butt has represented Pakistan four times in Mr. Universe. In addition to this, is a certified trainer. Have your jaws dropped or is it just us?

The Pakistan Olympia Butt in a video by Daily Pakistan revealed the diet and training plan still helping him stay in shape to this day. In his youth and even now, this 60-year-old man eats about 7-kg fish, 7-kg beef, 72 eggs without the yolk, and half kg almonds. Wait… there is more.
In addition to this, his diet also includes four big glass milk and large bowls of green veggies. Besides these, he also consumes mutton, boiled chicken, honey, and dry fruits from time to time. Oh, and not to forget curd and cheese! Amazed, aren’t you?
Butt also talked about how the supplements and steroids were not there in his times. Moreover, he believes that a natural diet and organic food helps you not only good for sports but also beneficial in the long run. Also note that he has no health issues, which he believes is due to his natural diet and hard work.
The 60-year-old also happens to walk about 20-km without needing any rest in between. With 30 inches muscular thigh, he regularly does bodybuilding workout. Can you imagine he does leg press with 280-kg? How impressive! Not only this but he also does bench press with 220-kg. WOW!
He has certainly made his name in Pakistan as well as all over Asia by winning the best poster award. Muscles can grow at any age, and Yahya Butt has proven this. He continues to consistently train hard.
