Muhammad Umair Niaz on behalf of Qaiser Munir Khan has filed a defamation suit against Chahat Fateh Ali Khan and booked under the Copyright Act-decimation of legendary singer Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. Chahet faces charges of Rs. 180 million.

Accused of tarnishing Nusrat’s legacy, Chahat has harmed the sentiments of Faisalabad’s people. Moreover, the courts have given Chahat 15 days to reply.
