In today’s world of chaos, true peace must come from within us and our own actions. Here are 10 things you can do to add peace, harmony and calm to your everyday life.
1. Don’t Get Involved In Every Fight You Are Invited To
Especially when you are around people who thrive on chaos, be willing to decline the invitation to join on the drama.
2. Stop Your Self From Being Judgmental
Whenever you feel enticed about having an opinion about anyone or his or her life, double check your intentions. Being judgmental promotes and gives rise to negative energy.
3. Pay Attention To What You Seek

If and when you do make a mistake, own up to it, learn from it, and let it go.
8. Surround Yourself With The Right Kind Of People
Surround yourself with people who are beyond gossiping and having a laugh. Surround yourself with people who believe in you, in your life goals and will help you to encourage and achieve those goals. Be with people who make you feel good about yourself and your decisions.
9. Read More
When I say reading, I mean spending time reading a book or a magazine, not on your smartphone or tablet. Reading a few lines on paper each day has a soothing and calming effect on your brain.
10. Do Nothing
Lastly, sometimes you just need to sit back and..
